search tool that has the highest rate of success - networking. You will learn
where and how to develop winning relationships and how to convey your story.
nextSTEP coaches teach a system of networking that
depends on moving outside your inner comfort zone of friends to develop new
productive business relationships thru referrals and endorsements. Your coach
then helps create the motivation needed to continue to harvest referrals and
endorsements from your network.

Step 2 – Target Company List - “Choosing the Best Companies to Work For”
We work with you to
develop a list of key target companies that are pursued without regard to job
openings / postings. We know how to coach you to locate companies with a
desirable profile for positions / opportunities. We use a variety of research
tools and databases along with information generated thru your network and
informational interviews.

Step 3 – Search Strategies -“Optimizing Your Searching Time”
We work with you to develop an individualized search
strategy that is compatible to your target position and companies. Knowing the
different search methodologies and their effective rate of return, we customize
this to your personal search campaign in order to optimize the overall effort.
