PHASE I - Developing your Plan

Step 1 – Career Assessment - “Understanding Yourself, Your Skills, and Your Value”

NextStep coaches help you to identify your uniqueness and to pinpoint your target position and/or title. We know how to get you to discover your giftedness and ultimately how to translate that into a target position.

This is done through the use of assessments tools and deep interviews, developing success stories, pinpointing your transferable skills, listing your achievements and setting up informational interviews as needed.

“The temperament assessment resulted in a client successfully targeting and ultimately landing a senior level position in a $2B company as a first-time top executive.”

Step 2 – Marketing Materials - “Selling Yourself to Your Potential Employers”

We work with you to create your personal story of attributes, achievements, and experience.  By identifying the most significant items from the Career Assessment, we build both written and verbal resumes using proven marketing principles.  We know how to mine the gems, put them into an attractive and compelling resume format, and make them stand out and catch attention when others fail.

“A resume rewrite helped a client who had been unemployed for more than a year to be interviewed for and offered a senior manager position in just one month”.
