Bill
Proctor
Bill Proctor graduated from University of
California Riverside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Bill
has vast experience in operational management, information
technology, and product distribution for both large and small
company enterprises. His broad range of entrepreneurial success,
professional experience and years of executive coaching provide him
the depth of skill needed in developing client assessments and
ultimately in career placement.
On a ministry basis, Bill teaches the popular
Career Decisions Workshop at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church,
Houston, Texas. Hundreds of participants have been taught
job-search principles in addition to the hope and encouragement they
receive through his motivational sessions. Bill is a father of four
and lives in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife Juanita.
Bill wrote: “I have been performance coaching
in sports and business for most of my adult life… 30+ years.
In sports, I coached youth baseball, basketball
and soccer teams… I have received coaching certifications at state
and national levels in Soccer… and later, as part of the North Texas
State staff, I conducted clinics on ‘how to coach.’
In Business, as a manager responsible for
teams, groups, departments and a division, I have always been
successful in reorganizing to optimize for effectiveness, while
improving morale and confidence for future success.
I have a big heart for the unique situations
and demands upon executive managers and leaders. I get a great deal
of satisfaction out of using my gifts, abilities, and expertise in
helping others succeed in their goals by believing in what they are
gifted with and finding out how to use it effectively.”
One of Bill’s favorite books is: They Call
Me Coach by John Wooden … “because at the heart of Coach
Wooden’s style is the stress on the importance of fundamentals,
discipline, balance, and optimism for what the future can bring. He
achieved championships through maximizing, for each member of the
team.”
Bill’s goal is to do the same for you by
identifying your individual strengths and abilities and to helping
you to be successful.
